How Our Fire Was Lit
Escobar’s Steakhouse began in 2021, at a time when the world felt small and the future uncertain. With enough savings for just five tables and a heart full of hope, Dr. Deniel Escobar made a choice.
He didn’t just open a restaurant — he placed a bet on the belief that even in difficult times, people still need a place to gather, to breathe, and to feel at home.

What started with the simple mission of offering incredible steak at an honest price unraveled something deeper. A perfectly seared ribeye could turn a quiet dinner into a celebration, and a simple meal could become a lifelong memory.
