Yesterday, our CCTV caught a heartbreaking moment outside our North Caloocan branch.
A man was seen leaving a plastic bag with cute little puppies in our garbage bin.
They were quietly waiting — confused, scared, and alone.
We don’t know why he did it.
But we do know this: these pups deserve love, not abandonment.
Right now, we’re doing our best to care for them.
We’re reaching out to our kind-hearted patrons and neighbors.
We’re looking for people who are willing to adopt.
